concerning cancellation of 2013 Humdinger RV Sale & Show …
The board of directors of the Chilliwack Heritage Park RV Show Association, producers of BC’s largest indoor RV sale event, the annual Humdinger RV Sale & Show, announce that after successfully staging eleven consecutive annual Humdinger sale events, have elected to take a one year hiatus, effectively cancelling the 2013 event with intent to revamp and re-launch the Humdinger in March 2014.
The decision to take a year off was made after extensive consultations with industry partners and associates, including exhibiting dealers, suppliers and our end user, the RV enthusiast. Ever respectful of our industry associates and end user, the decision is thought to provide a chance for reflection and clarity of purpose, while at the same time; an exciting opportunity to evolve towards a greater, more meaningful place in our market.
To this end, the board extends its gratitude to all those that have participated and attended the Humdinger over the years, with a special thank you for the extraordinary contribution of Joan Jackson, our event manager and executive director of the BC RVDA.
In the fall of 2013, expect exciting Humdinger news revealing a new and improved format. Until then, thank you for your interest and patronage.
